While the complex is fairly pricey (do to location), the maintenance is amazing! Rigo, the maintenance manager, is always super quick to respond to my maintenance requests, and he's very thorough, and makes sure that all of my questions are answered before he leaves. He also goes above and beyond. One quick example, one of my kitchen lights on the track lighting had burned out, and he didn't just replace the one, he replaced all four so I had the same equal brightness. Management has been great, especially the maintenance, and it's all about the little things!

They will discriminate against anyone with disabilities that are not visible and do NOT make accommodations for disabled visitors with service dogs. They told my partner who lives there that he had to pay $400 JUST for me to visit with my service pet. The other option they gave him was to move out one month before his lease is up just to get rid of him. DO NOT LIVE HERE. His tire was slashed and his car got broken into on two separate occasions. The worst complex and Kelsey is No help and is rude

This place is 5 stars hands down! Breakfast is fully loaded, yogurt bar, juice and coffee bar, they have a chef that makes specialty items (free and changes daily). Pet friendly, a full bar, heated pool, lounging area, and walking distance to a brew pub called Fate Brewery which was Amazing!!! We will be back, thank you all who work here to make this place a 8 star place! It's clean, it smells good, and everyone is friendly. We travel for a living and best place so far

i have loved living here at MAA SkySong for the last year and a half. The staff in the office is quick to respond and friendly. Mathew, Kyra and Kelsey have all made me feel right at home here. The maintenance staff is also very quick to respond to any work order or property issue. Hope to keep calling SkySong home for the foreseeable future!

We just moved into our one bedroom and so far it has been amazing. Mathew from the leasing office specifically has done an outstanding job getting us set up and answering any questions as quickly as possible. The move-in process was very easy, without a massively expensive security deposit. I've lived in Scottsdale for four years now and this location is awesome. Close to tons of great restaurants and the green belt which is awesome for running, biking, walking, and rollerblading.

I honestly loved living here. Initially, I felt like the cost for my 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment was a little extreme, but it's honestly reasonable in the current market. Amenities were always open and clean, maintenance requests were handled efficiently, and the property communicated really well when it came to updates or renovations in the complex. Sad to be moving only because I worry other apartments won't be as convenient and nice as Skysong.
